主要研究领域：
致力于药物化学和化学生物学方向的研究工作。利用化学的理论、方法、手段和策略，发现和构建新颖的生物活性分子，探索其与生物体靶分子间的相互作用、分子识别和信息传递, 阐明各种生理和病理过程的分子机制，旨在解决重要的生命及生物医学问题。同时也为制药企业提供合成理论技术支持与生产工艺优化。
1. 多靶点小分子抑制剂的合成设计及体内外抗肿瘤活性评价。
2. 新药研发及工艺路线的优化。
3. 智能响应型纳米药物载体的设计及性能研究。
4. 超分子自组装体的设计及在催化、3D肿瘤细胞培养和药物载体方面的应用。
获奖及荣誉：
授权专利12项, 省部级二等、三等奖各1项，科学技术鉴定成果3项。
科研项目：
主要从事新药的设计合成，仿制药工艺设计优化及化学生物学等领域的研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目6项，合作主持国家自然科学基金重点项目2项，联合主持科技部“十二五”医药重大专项1项，与多家制药企业集团进行产学研合作研究。
