实验室主要研究方向为代谢工程、合成生物学,具体包括:

1. 细胞碳代谢机制的解析

2. 低碳细胞工厂的创制

3. 合成生物学工具的开发

入选国家级青年人才;主持国家重点研发计划重点专项课题、子课题各1项,国家自然科学基金国际交流项目、面上项目、青年项目各1 项,企业合作项目2项;以第一/通讯作者在CellNature CatalysisCell ResearchNature Communications2)等期刊发表论文36 篇,H因子27。申请中国发明专利6项、授权2项。
