1.微生物学(微生物胁迫耐受性、微生物菌间互作等)。

2.适配体的筛选、优化及应用(筛选、优化、检测新策略的构建;构建基于适配体的传感器,用于临床标志物诊断、食品残留药物检测及环境污染物监测等)。

3.系统生物学及其应用。
